Synopsis
:
With the rise in global warming and increasing
environmental imbalances, it is becoming essential to find a viable alternative
to replace the conventional concrete mix ingredients. The aim of this research
was to check the use of waste material as the concrete ingredients and check
the impact of same with regards to strength and specific heat of concrete. This
paper presents the mix design analysis, compressive strength results and
specific heat results for concrete mixes prepared with part replacement of
various different materials. The results and conclusion are noted at the end of
the paper for future studies.
